GOVERNANCE
As a nonprofit professional society, RCA operates in adherence with our governance requirements, including our bylaws and policies, and is led by an elected Board of Directors. RCA was incorporated in 1996 and is recognized as a 501(c)(6) tax exempt organization under the federal tax code. RCA will provide copies of governance documents, tax returns, and other records in compliance with IRS guidance. To make this request, please contact our headquarters.
