BOARD OF DIRECTORS
RCA's Board of Directors is elected by the membership. They provide fiduciary oversight and strategic direction, ensuring the association delivers valuable benefits to members and operates in strict adherence to its 501(c)(6) non-profit status.

GOVERNANCE
As a nonprofit professional society, RCA operates in adherence with our governance requirements, including our bylaws and policies, and is led by an elected Board of Directors. RCA was incorporated in 1996 and is recognized as a 501(c)(6) tax exempt organization under the federal tax code.
